Certification Overview

Become Caliper certified and deliver added value to your organization

Caliper offers clients different levels of certification based on specific business goals, level of expertise, and use of the Caliper Profile. The core certification program is called Foundations, which is designed to provide clients with a detailed understanding of the Caliper Profile, using the Caliper Advisor report as a primary tool. It also offers 13 hours of HRCI credits*. The curriculum includes content on psychometrics, compliance, interview questions, and interpretation of the Caliper Profile behaviors and traits.

The Master Level of certification, available to clients who have successfully completed the requirements of the Foundations program, is designed for developing a deeper connection between the Caliper Profile and its application in selected talent-management strategies. Those individuals completing the Master program will receive an additional 6.5 hours of HRCI credits toward their re-certification requirements.

Caliper is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for the SHRM-CPSM or SHRM-SCPSM. This program's Foundations workshop is valid for 13 PDCs for the SHRM-CPSM or SHRM-SCPSM and the Master workshop is valid for 6.5 PDCs for the SHRM-CPSM or SHRM-SCPSM. Regional events and client-specific programs include a series of interactive webinars, Caliper Clips, an on-site 2-day (Foundations) or 3-day (Master) workshop, and consulting time with a Caliper Coach.
