The Caliper Analytics™ Process

1. Analyze

A Caliper Consultant will work with you to analyze and define the positions you want to fill. We will help you identify key responsibilities as well as the behaviors and traits tied to success in those roles. Then, Caliper will set up those jobs in the Caliper Analytics™ system and build your customized dashboard.

2. Assess

You will be able to assess potential candidates as well as current employees upon completion of their Caliper Profile, the results of which will be available immediately in your custom Caliper Analytics™ dashboard.

3. Acquire

A Caliper Consultant will be available to discuss candidates and provide guidance throughout your hiring effort. Using custom searches and filters based on key responsibilities and behaviors, you will be able to evaluate and select the best talent to fill your open positions.
