Caliper Essentials Report Suite

The Caliper Essentials™ report suite offers a selection-based report to add consistency to your hiring process; a coaching report for the purpose of employee development and career advancement; and an Individual Developmental Guide for candidate or employee consumption to help build a joint action plan with their manager.

The Caliper Essentials suite can be run on five different report types (management, sales, technical, service, and other), with the ability to include a consultation from a Caliper expert. 

Caliper Essentials for Selection:

The selection report leverages all 22 of the traits measured by the Caliper Profile to:

  • Present the candidate’s natural behaviors and those requiring further investigation during the interview
  • Suggest specific behavioral interview questions to explore with the candidate
  • Provide tips and considerations for the hiring manager if the candidate is hired
  • Review how the candidate is most likely to communicate, work with others, solve problems, make decisions and prioritize time

Caliper Essentials Individual Developmental Guide

  • Provides an overview of the individual’s strengths with specific suggestions on how to leverage the strength within their day-to-day work
  • Reviews behaviors that may pose developmental opportunities
  • Illustrates examples of specific situations that could arise and alternate responses to consider in the future
  • Highlights specific topics for the individual to discuss with management
