Frank Costanzo has more than 30 years of experience building and leading technology-based business enterprises across multiple industries, including education, banking, online brokerage, and publishing. In his capacity as Senior Vice President of Sales with Caliper, he is responsible for the sales organization and business-development initiatives. Frank is a member of Caliper’s executive committee, and he is charged with providing strategic direction and ensuring that Caliper is delivering solutions that maximize clients’ human capital potential. He takes a proactive role in connecting clients’ future visions of their organizations with the most innovative solutions available from Caliper today and planned for the future.
Prior to joining Caliper, Frank had a highly successful 13-year career with Peterson’s, a division of Nelnet. He first joined Peterson’s in 1999 as Vice President of Sales, where he was responsible for all sales teams and channels, including the high school, college, government, corporate, and data licensing market segments. Following that, he was Managing Director of the organization’s Government Division, where he was charged with establishing and executing long-term vision, growth, and operation. Frank focused on reducing the cost of higher education and career transitions for state and federal government agencies, colleges, and individuals, while maximizing the impact of continuing and higher education. His responsibilities also included strategic partnership management, new product innovation, sales, marketing, product development, and project management.
He has further experience as Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Sales Initiatives at Applied Graphics Technologies (AGT). As the largest U.S. pre-press and digital content management corporation, AGT provided services to multinational corporations, including General Motors, Disney, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Time Warner, and many others. Frank reported directly to AGT’s President and provided business development and sales leadership, strategic planning, in-depth business analysis, and development and execution of customized business plans and operational strategies for selected strategic customers.
Frank earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from The University of Western Ontario. He lives in Princeton with his wife Lorrie and their two sons, Spencer and Kyle.
