Anthony Pantaleone is the Director of Partnership Development at Caliper, a global provider of talent management solutions. He is dedicated to constant and never-ending improvement so he can add value to his company, clients, colleagues, and the communities in which he serves.

Anthony has over 25 years of experience in the behavioral assessment industry, and his extensive career spans across the disciplines of Channel Partner Management (Recruitment, Coaching, Training, Development, and Leadership) and Consultative Sales (Business Development, Strategic Account Management, Sales Pipeline Management, Executive Presentation, Sales Execution, and Sales Leadership) helping clients integrate behavioral assessment solutions into their talent management strategies.

Anthony’s passion for behavioral assessment stems from his desire to leverage assessment information to empower clients to achieve better business results and help individuals contribute at the highest levels.

Anthony has worked with many organizations across diverse industries in the United States, Paraguay, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Ireland, and India. He has been a guest speaker for private enterprises, educational institutions, and professional organizations.

Anthony graduated from the Rutgers University School of Business with a focus in accounting and is currently working on his MBA at Rutgers as well.

Anthony is certified in many behavioral assessments, including the Profile XT, PPI, CSP, and CheckPoint from Profiles International, Inc. (now John Wiley & Sons, Inc.) as well as Everything DiSC and The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team from John Wiley & Sons, Inc. He is CRM certified and Sales certified in Strategic and Conceptual Selling from Miller Heiman. Anthony is also a Certified Marketing Executive - a designation of sales professionalism and business ethics - from The Accreditation Institute of Sales and Marketing Executives International. In addition, he received certification in Business Conduct and Ethics and Security from SAI Global, Ltd.

Anthony’s sales performance accolades include an induction into the Profiles Founders’ Club and recognition for having one of the top sales territories year over year in North America for a span of 10 years.

Anthony is a passionate contributor to his community by serving those in need via his local charities and fundraising efforts.
