I love that this certification program, and all of the information we covered, translates so seamlessly into our day-to-day roles. It is invaluable as we partner with hiring managers to recruit new team members. I also look forward to utilizing Caliper when providing developmental guidance and action plans for employees, as well as career path planning.
I could not be more thankful for the knowledge I gained throughout this certification workshop.
Vicky Schubert, Technical Recruiter, Corporate HR Clayton Homes
I originally signed up for Caliper Certification so that I could learn how to read the Profile more efficiently – but what I got was so much more. I now use the Caliper Profile for everything from hiring, to team development, and my goal this year is to use it for leadership development. The professionalism of the staff, their knowledge of Caliper, and their willingness to ensure that we understood what they were presenting was invaluable. Caliper Certification helped me see new ways to best develop each individual in my organization.
