Caliper, an internationally recognized talent management consulting firm based in Princeton, N.J., has been honored by as a Top Workplace in 2015 in the Philadelphia region. Caliper was deemed a top workplace in the Small Company category, which includes companies with 50 to 150 employees.

The Top Workplaces Awards are coordinated with, in partnership with WorkplaceDynamics, and include an application process as well as participation in a workplace survey that is sent to company employees. More than 35,000 were surveyed by WorkplaceDynamics for 2015, which covered large, mid-size, and small companies as well as organizations based in other areas that have a Philadelphia region presence.
