Caliper Named As A Top Workplace from Philly.Com
Caliper, an internationally recognized talent management consulting firm based in Princeton, N.J., has been honored by Philly.com as a Top Workplace in 2015 in the Philadelphia region. Caliper was deemed a top workplace in the Small Company category, which includes companies with 50 to 150 employees.

These companies are recognized based solely on the results of employee surveys that indicate engagement levels, confidence in their leadership teams, workplace flexibility, and overall satisfaction. Top Workplaces are more likely to be successful from an employee engagement and productivity standpoint than other organizations.

The Top Workplaces Awards are coordinated with Philly.com, in partnership with WorkplaceDynamics, and include an application process as well as participation in a workplace survey that is sent to company employees. More than 35,000 were surveyed by WorkplaceDynamics for 2015, which covered large, mid-size, and small companies as well as organizations based in other areas that have a Philadelphia region presence.
