We are currently expanding our marketing department and are looking to hire a Vice President of Marketing, or to bring in a Marketing Consulting Firm. This position will collaborate with the President and Chief Executive Officer to create and implement a marketing plan and budget which clarifies our goals, distinguishes us in the marketplace and focuses our efforts, making sure that the company's vision, products, services, solutions and messages are aligned. This position will also collaborate with key executives at Caliper, most notably the Senior Vice President of Sales, to create programs to enhance our brand, ensure that our key clients are aware of our expanding capabilities and increase the number of highly-qualified leads.
